You connect bits of each with events from your past—comedy, romance, tragedy, fantasy—and you realize that real life contains all genres. OPEN>FRIDGE

The whole refrigerator opens as one heavy door, exposing the fridge and the freezer. The fridge is a sad anthology of condiments with a lone jar of pickled herring. The freezer is stacked full of boxed Felix Fish Frozen Fish Dinners. The branding seems out of date, but they're frozen solid.

You hear a hand on the front door knob, and it starts to turn. What do you do?

A quick flip of the light switch and a handful of cobwebs goes a short way toward making the place look operational. The front door opens, and stepping through the door is your stepdad, Darryl, who is also the wizard that stole an eighth of your soul.
